Enrico Gatti has been deeply involved in teaching since the first Eighties. Besides his academical position (Royal Conservatoire of The Hague  and Conservatorio "Santa Cecilia" of Rome) he usually teaches in Summer courses. This year he is exepected to be at the Early Music Academy (Fossacesia, 8th-22nd July) and at the Summer Academy for 16th & 17th-Century Music - Fiori Musicali (Utrecht, 20th-25th August).

After Malcolm Bilson and some of his students performed and recorded "The 35 Piano Sonatas" in the 1990s, a new enterprise is now to be planned: Malcolm Bilson, Ronald Brautigam and Robert Levin, toghether with the younger fortist Stefania Neonato, Kristian Bezuidenhout, Jin Ju, Claudio Martinez-Mehner and Costantino Mastroprimiano, will offer a new point of view after the groundbreaking research offered by Barry Cooper in his recent critical edition of "Beethoven 35 Sonatas" (Associated Board of Royal Schools of Music-ABRSM, 2007).
